Personal injury cases require a level of empathy Nicholas Guerrera understands. While many clients know they need to talk to an attorney about their case, they are often uncomfortable doing so due to the limitations or challenges they are now facing. No matter the complexities of the case, Nicholas has a proven track record of success and his empathy plays a large role in that. His ability to provide a safe space and ask the right questions allows his clients to tell their own stories, identify their pain and get to a desired outcome.

For more than twenty-five years, Nicholas has prosecuted and defended cases involving complex medical, technical business and legal issues in state and federal trial courts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He has successfully represented individuals injured in car accidents, on construction sites, and in other workplace settings.

As part of his litigation practice, Nicholas represents individuals and businesses on compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and its regulations concerning access to places of public accommodation.

As a certified mediator and volunteer conciliator and mediator with the Essex County Bar Association Conciliation Program, Nicholas brings exceptional negotiation skills to his litigation practice.

Nicholas lives with his wife Susan Guerrera in North Andover, Massachusetts.
